Today's word is 'bats', plural! 8-P

Well, I didn’t get it done last night. I have three goals for tonight-

1. Get a target area quantity, where we will look for new land quads while the running total is less than that target

2. Find neighbors to the land quad you just picked and save to ngh array

3. Randomly pick the next land quad from ngh, splice that out of ngh, draw it and add the area of the quad to target area quantity, look for neighbors, rinse and repeat!
