I want to set up a while loop to fill in the of the world map.
Each blob of land is a set of points within the sinusoidal/pointy oval
world map.
I now have a function checking to see if the origin of each blob lies
inside my blob polygon... right now I have the blob making function clear
the list of border points, where as what I need is to keep a list of each
blobs' border, that is a list of border point lists! 8-P
Is the p0 inside?
