Mass Inventory varies quite a bit, and so does gas based on dust...
Going to start placing planet kernels. The kernels sweep out the
accretion disk. If a kernel sweeps an empty bit, it can't accrete. If it
intersects an existing planetary orbit, then it tends to get swept up, or
maybe ejected!
