Some deer demographics

Deer demographics came up researching some bear demographics (I watched a video of a bear sow defending her cubs where a male was trying to kill them for food and to send her back into estrus... nature is a cruel byotch)
Young does have one newborn the first time, then older does have 2-3 newborns. I made male newborns slightly less common, 5/11.
Fertile and immortal deer are a pain, so I need to make these deer objects with a sex and age, and terminate randomly and after some lifetime limit.
