A captain and an engineer, their family and crew  captain is 53 under 58, a 53 year old woman, married to a 72 over 54, a 54 year old man, a 54 year old engineer.

50 under 91%, 44 under 53%, both have siblings. 49 over 43%, no sibs in her crew. 46 under 68%, he has at least one sibling on the crew. 46 under 53%, more than one, 56 over 31, not more than two. 48 under 65%,, a 48 year old sister, and 51 over 26%, a 26 year old man, his half brother by his stepmother, Beatrice, who is the same age as his captain wife.

Children. 53 and 54 are old for kids, but this is the future with different medical outcomes. If they have a few kids less than half their age, younger than the half brother uncle...

60 over 43% is a 43 year old man, half that is 21, round down. Another child? 58 over 49% is no, their son is a young man and is more like a younger brother to his uncle and both are a different generation than the sister aunt at 48. Is she married, does she have kids? 61 over 59%, no and 45 over 38%, no. She mothers the boys instead...
