My Quick and Dirty Stars and Worlds procedure was always to roll up a size and hydrographic ratio on two d100s, the first being land and the second being ocean: 97% and 33%, which is is 97 parts land to 33 parts water, nearly the reverse of Earth, on a world with 130% of Earths' surface area and roughly half the difference or 15% more gravity. As I said, quick and very dirty...
