Back at the stereographic projection again. I'm
going to stuff the world div with a triangle mesh.
The world div instantiates at 520px square, but I will
change the size based on the random circumference of
my world. The center of the map is the 'north' pole,
or the sunward pole of a tidally locked world, and the
antipodes, the 'south' pole or nightside lies at the
perimeter of the world circle...
I have my center and vertices of the polygon, now I need
to make the triangles of the triangle fan and find the
area. Then I will use atan2 to find the angles and push
out some new triangle fan polygons.
World circumference is 31877.9 km and world div size is 319px, 323.46 m. km^2
