This morning's prompt is 'goose quill', for goose quill pen, the kind where you carve the nib, I think it's called. I haven't sketched it yet, obviously. I'm in LabCorp waiting to have a blood draw for some tests.

Last night I finally worked on the Barnard's star thing again. I have the planets going around based on the days as they pass, so the outer world with just under a week's orbital period moves about 52 degrees per day

I have the planet grid quads subdivided into polygons. I
need to move the edge midpoints to the radius distance.
