I have it set up for target area quantity and running area quantity. The page finds new land quads, now I need to find neighbors and pick land quads from a list of neighbors!

Today's word is 'bats', plural! 8-P
Well, I didn’t get it done last night. I have three goals for tonight-
Get a target area quantity, where we will look for new land quads while the running total is less than that target
Find neighbors to the land quad you just picked and save to ngh array
Randomly pick the next land quad from ngh, splice that out of ngh, draw it and add the area of the quad to target area quantity, look for neighbors, rinse and repeat!
(I took care of the bats sketch, now code, monkey, code!!!)
Obviously the quads are long and narrow near the poles, and nearly square near the equator. I've set things up so each quad is at least one thousand kilometers north to south. Except at the poles the quad is roughly one half to about half again the average area.
