Subdivide a sinusoidal map. I have a map in a sinusoidal shape of
the correct height and width. I need a list of the border points, then I
can subdivide this initial sinusoidal polygon. I'm then going to need to
tear the polygon apart and stisch up the borders of two daughter polygons!
The subdivision needs to be called on a random polygon tile or one selected
by clicking in the polygon.
