I  honestly haven't thought about my world23 project all day.

Thursdays are for NPCs, non-player characters in RPGs. The players play characters which are generally more important, they make things happen because we're here to have fun and tell our characters' stories. The GM is here to help with that and also tell the world's stories.

The other day I mentioned Lord Three Oaks, Sir Jared Redblade (his family name, not a nickname) in coming up with a settlement and if that counts as a preexisting character then how about Lord Three Oaks' mad reeve, Jessup, Events on the manor have proven to be too much for the poor old man, and now it's just Sir Jared, Jessup the Reeve and a few old servants who keep things limping along. The Reeve spends his days bossing the sheep around, lecturing to their last pig, milk cow and her heifer.
